By accessing and using FIKAMIRNA's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. When you make a reservation through FIKAMIRNA, you enter into an agreement with the property. We act as an intermediary to facilitate these bookings.
- Prices displayed include taxes unless stated otherwise
- Booking confirmation will be sent to the email provided
- Guests must present valid identification at check-in
- Minimum age for booking is 18 years
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property. Generally:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
- 50% refund for cancellations within 24-48 hours
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours
- No-shows will be charged the full amount
4. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate personal information, comply with property rules, treat staff and fellow guests with respect, and not engage in any illegal activities on the premises. Violation may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
FIKAMIRNA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform.
